It’s really hard to describe my first thoughts after going through “The Poetics of Pleasure” series by Rebecca Scheinberg. I’ll let her to speak for herself and you to judge. I wish there was more work like this that make us question our way of thinking.

“Through this body of work “The Poetics of Pleasure” I intended to critically examine the image of sexuality within popular culture. I sought to examine how sexuality is portrayed in mass media, and attempted to subvert the ‘innocent’ image, forcing the viewer to question their relationship to such ideological constructs.”
